A D.C. fire department captain has been charged with raping a woman in a Calvert County beach house last month. Capt. Tony Sneed, 47, was charged with second-degree rape and second-degree assault after a 23-year-old woman said the Engine Company 4 firefighter had sex with her as she dozed after drinking heavily.
According to court documents, Sneed brought the woman to a Chesapeake Beach house owned by his daughter on the 8800 block of Andrews Drive Aug. 9.
