Disabled woman missing since Wednesday

Baltimore County police are asking for the public’s help finding a developmentally disabled Franklin woman who has been missing since Wednesday.

Family of the missing 48-year-old woman, Debra Ann Watson, said she has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old and is diabetic. Watson lives on the 1300 block of Nicodemus Road and was last seen Wednesday morning when she left a friend’s house in the unit block of Pendragon Court in Reisterstown.

Watson has other friends in the Washington Boulevard area of Baltimore City, where family said she may have headed.

She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, white and red pants, white tennis shoes, and tan eyeglasses.
