LOS ANGELES (AP) — Two California men have been charged with stealing nude photos from hundreds of hacked email accounts and posting the images on a website.
The FBI arrested 27-year-old Hunter Moore, of Woodland, and 25-year-old Charles Evans, of Studio City, on Thursday.
Moore appeared in court in Sacramento but didn’t enter a plea. Deputy Federal Public Defender Jill Ginstling, who represents Evans, didn’t immediately return a call.
