Former Prince George’s County Executive Jack Johnson is scheduled to appear in federal court Tuesday for a re-arraignment in his bribery case. A person familiar with the case said Johnson could enter a guilty plea to one count, but that “anything can happen in this case.” Johnson, 61, and his wife, Prince George’s County Council member Leslie Johnson, were arrested in November after Jack Johnson was recorded telling his wife to flush a $100,000 check down the drain and hide $80,000 in her bra and underwear. Leslie Johnson, 59, was scheduled to plead guilty earlier this month but the hearing was postponed.
