A 23-year-old woman was groped in Springfield on Thursday morning, and police believe that this is the 13th reported attack in the area that was committed by the same person. About 9 a.m., the woman was walking on Floyd Avenue near Erving Street when a man ran up behind her and fondled her, according to Fairfax County police officials.
