D.C. police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on Jan. 16 around 2:43 a.m. on the 3200 block of 16th Street NW.

Police described the man as Hispanic, in his late 20s or early 30s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium build and a clean-shaven appearance.
