A Sunday morning apartment building fire displaced 12 people in Fort Washington, according to Prince George’s County fire officials.
The blaze broke out around 9:30 a.m. at a three-story garden style apartment on Palmer Road.
About 32 firefighters helped put out the flames that caused an estimated $15,000 worth of damage to three apartments. No one was reported hurt.
