Controversial “looksmaxxing” streamer Clavicular is facing criminal charges after he allegedly shot a dead alligator in the Florida Everglades.

The Kick streamer, whose real name is Braden Peters, 20, hosted the stream in March while on a boat in the Everglades. The clip went viral and caused uproar online

Court records show that Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Rundle’s office filed charges against Peters.

According to the documents, Peters “did unlawfully and knowingly discharge a firearm in a public place or on or over the right-of-way of a public paved road, highway, or street, or over occupied premises” at the Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area in South Florida, which violates Florida law.

The charges were filed on April 29.

He was charged along with two other people, including another streamer named Andrew Morales, known as the “Cuban Tarzan,” and Yabadiel Anibal Cotto Torres.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announced it is investigating the March incident.

“The FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator. “

Peters was also arrested for alleged battery in March when officers found he had instigated a fight between two women and posted it on social media.

Court documents show that online creator Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza filed a lawsuit against Peters in Miami-Dade County.

The lawsuit says that Mendoza was underage when she met Peters, and he gave her alcohol and had sex with her without her consent. Another time, she said he allegedly injected her with a fat-burning substance without consent, and live-streamed it.
