A Gaithersburg man was arrested late Wednesday for threatening to injure Gov. Martin O’Malley and U.S. Senators Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) and Hillary Clinton (D-NY).
Montgomery County Sheriffs passed the threatening letters written by James A. Frost, 64, to the Maryland State Police who arrested him around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, a state police spokeswoman said.
As of Thursday afternoon, there was no indication that the letters had been mailed and the spokeswoman declined to comment on how police obtained them.
