Erika Kirk, the widow of slain Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk, is urging a Utah judge to decide quickly whether prosecutors have presented enough evidence to send the man accused of murdering her husband to trial, arguing the case should not face further unnecessary delays after a weeklong preliminary hearing.
Joined with the parents of Charlie Kirk, the motion filed Friday asked Utah Judge Tony Graf to “promptly enter its probable cause determination based on the overwhelming evidence presented during the five-day preliminary hearing,” according to court records obtained by the Washington Examiner.
