Montgomery County police are investigating the death of a 34-year-old man found slain in his Silver Spring apartment.
Police said officers went to an apartment on the 1100 block of East-West Highway at about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday after family members reported that they couldn’t get in touch with Eric Somuah.
Somuah was found inside the apartment and had suffered at least one gunshot wound, authorities said.
Police said a medical examiner in Baltimore will conduct an autopsy, but the death is being investigated as a homicide.
