Montgomery County police think one man is responsible for an assault and exposure that occurred in 2005 and another exposure reported last month.
A man exposed himself to and masturbated in front of 25-year-old woman at the SpringHill Suites in Gaithersburg on July 3, police said last week.
Police think the same man assaulted a 21-year-old woman at the Marriott Suites Hotel in Bethesda in October 2005 and exposed himself to two girls, ages 11 and 21, at a Borders in Bethesda the same day.
The suspect is a white man, 40 to 45 years old, 6 feet 1 inch to 6 feet 3 inches tall and 190 to 200 pounds.
