DC Police and Secret Service investigate suspicious package found near Ukrainian embassy

The Metropolitan Police Department and the Secret Service have closed the Francis Scott Key Bridge between Washington and Arlington, Virginia, after a suspicious package was found in Georgetown.

The shutdown happened Friday at approximately 8:42 a.m., according to authorities.
