POWHATAN, Va. (AP) — Police say an arrest has been made after a body was found inside a burned vehicle at a boat ramp in Powhatan.
The Powhatan County Sheriff’s Office says in a release that 29-year-old Juan Carlos Ayala Rivas was arrested Friday in Chesterfield County on charges of first-degree murder, abduction, arson and grand larceny.
