Md. police search for drive-by shooters
Maryland State Police are looking for suspects in a drive-by shooting on Route 50 that left one man injured.
Two 24-year-old men left a Washington nightclub and were driving west around 4:30 a.m. Saturday near the border between Prince George’s and Anne Arundel counties, when a black Range Rover came up behind them and someone opened fire, police said. About a dozen bullets struck their car, and one of the men suffered two graze wounds.
The men didn’t call police to report the shooting. A state trooper found them parked on the shoulder of Route 50 around 7:15 a.m.
