A 47-year-old man wearing a diaper was arrested for shouting profanities at children while trick-or-treating in Ocean City, Maryland State Police said.
Joseph David DiVanna of Sarasota, Fla., was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct.
Police said DiVanna was cursing at adults and children in the Fox Chapel neighborhood, trying to get them to give him candy. He was wearing a diaper at the time of his arrest, police said in a charging statement.
He was locked up in the Worcester County Detention Center in lieu of $2,500 bond. – Scott McCabe
