Annapolis police arrested two men for attempted first-degree murder and other offenses in connection with a September shooting.
Orlando Laray, 21, and Corey Rene Holland, 23, both of Annapolis, are charged in the Sept. 8 nonfatal shooting of Tyrus Brown, 20, in the 200 block of Croll Lane.
