Edward Reisch, of Baltimore, is wanted by the FBI on child sex abuse charges stemming from a 1999 incident involving a female relative who was a minor at the time and staying at his house for Thanksgiving.
A federal warrant issued in 2001 charges Reisch with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and a 1999 local warrant charges Reisch with child abuse, sexual assault and sodomy.
Reisch worked as a Baltimore police officer for 11 years and has knowledge of tactical police training, according to the FBI.
He has used 1949 and 1951 as his birth dates.
