Three shot in Southeast D.C. Saturday night

A woman and two men were shot in front of 30 Danbury St. in Southeast D.C. at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday, D.C. police report.

The victims, all between the ages of 25 and 28, were transported to a local hospital. Their injuries were not life threatening, according to Metropolitan Police Department spokesman Officer A. Clay.

The victims were standing with a fourth person, a 17-year-old male, in front of the apartment building at 30 Danbury St. when the suspect, a black male believed to be about 5’6″ or 5’7″ and 16 or 17 years old, came around the corner and began shooting, according to the police report.

The incident is still under investigation. No arrests have been made.
