Torin Baskerville is wanted by the Anne Arundel Sheriff’s Office on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
Baskerville, 31, is sought on two counts of accessory after the fact and two counts each of conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree assault, in connection with two August 2007 shootings in the 200 block of Southerly Road in Brooklyn Park.
Anne Arundel police found Dequincey Antonio Smith, 24, fatally shot inside a residence, and a second victim, Dontay Lamont Williams, 21, died at a hospital, police said.
Baskerville’s last known address is Twin Circle Way in Baltimore.
