Police are looking for two men, armed with an assault rifle and a handgun, who robbed an armored car in Clinton.
The two robbers approached a man from behind as he was transporting money on the 7800 block of Old Branch Avenue shortly before 2 p.m. Monday, according to Prince George’s County police. One robber brandished an assault rifle and the other displayed a handgun while the two demanded money.
The men obtained an undetermined amount of cash and fled in a white van.
