A Northeast D.C. man was arrested in connection with a woman’s death in Prince George’s County, police said.
Jermaine Anthony Livingston, 40, was arrested Thursday in the District and will be served a warrant charging him with first-degree murder after he is extradited to Maryland, Prince George’s County police said.
Livingston is suspected in the death of 32-year-old Raquel Israel, police said.
On April 4, police went to the 2100 block of Brooks Drive and found Israel unresponsive in an apartment bedroom. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
