William Gibson, the science fiction novelist who coined the term “cyberspace,” will hold a discussion on his new book “Distrust That Particular Flavor,” a collection of nonfiction pieces on topics ranging from the failings of the Internet to life in Singapore. His ground-breaking 1984 novel, “Neuromancer,” launched the cyberpunk genre and he has since written for the New York Times Magazine, Wired and the Infinite Matrix magazine.
