2 charged in armed robbery at Loudoun hotel

A man and a teenager have been arrested and charged in an armed robbery at a Loudoun County hotel.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said 21-year-old Cesar Pisconte Jr. and a 15-year-old boy demanded cash at gunpoint from a worker in the lobby of the Fairfield Inn and Suites, located at 23000 Indian Creek Drive in Dulles. The robbery happened at about 2 a.m. on Dec. 31.

The teenager’s name was not released because of his age. Pisconte, of Alexandria, and the Sterling teenager are charged with robbery, using a firearm during a felony and participating in a criminal act to benefit a gang.

The sheriff’s office said Pisconte is also facing assault and other charges in a Jan. 7 incident at a Sterling McDonald’s. He allegedly threw a glass bottle at an employee through the drive-thru window, authorities said.
