Hector Manuel Murcia-Brizuela is wanted by the FBI and the Baltimore County Police Department. On July 1, 2006, a body with multiple stab wounds was discovered under a roadway overpass in Baltimore County.
The homicide victim was determined to be a male with ties to Murcia-Brizuela. The District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County issued an arrest warrant for him July 14, 2006.
That same day, a federal warrant charging Murcia-Brizuela with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
The Honduras native may have traveled to the Houston area or to Canada, Mexico or Honduras. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
