Former ‘Most Wanted’ fugitive gets 8 years for carjacking

A 20-year-old District man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for carjacking a luxury SUV while the victim was finishing pumping gas.

Darius Young was sentenced to seven years for stealing the vehicle in 2011, and an additional year for failing to appear in court for a hearing in the carjacking.
