Three people were taken to the hospital after a Montgomery County crash Monday involving a Ride On bus and 11 other vehicles, according to police and fire officials.

Police were called to the crash near Rockville Pike and Nicholson Lane at about 1:40 p.m. Montgomery County police spokeswoman Officer Janelle Smith said the bus hit the cars.
