A man accused of taking photos of women in the fitting rooms at a Frederick, Md., Goodwill store was arrested Sunday, police said.
Dominick Spangler, 36, of Middletown, is being charged with Peeping Tom, prurient intent and second-degree assault, Frederick police said.
At about 1 p.m. Sunday, an officer was patrolling in the area of a new Goodwill Store at 101 Willowdale Drive when people advised him that a man had run from the Goodwill after being in the ladies’ fitting rooms, officials said.
Additional investigation found that the man had been taking photos of female customers under the dividers between the stalls of the fitting rooms, officials said. He was described as an averaged-height white male wearing a dark blue hoodie and tan cargo-style pants.
An officer canvassing the area found Spangler, who matched the description of the suspect, and arrested him. Other officers learned that Spangler pushed a person as he ran from the store.
