Arlington County police have arrested a man in the deadly hit-and-run of a pedestrian on Route 50. Marc D. Hicks, of Oxon Hill, has been charged with felony hit-and-run in the death of 23-year-old Zorigoo Munkhbayar.
Police said Munkhbayar was walking on Route 50 at about 3 a.m. on Sept. 16, when he was struck by what appeared to be a delivery vehicle. The striking vehicle did not stay on the scene, and the victim was pronounced dead.
