At the Conservative Political Action Conference Thursday Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke accused President Obama of being a “cop hater.”

Clarke, an African-American, has been on a mission to defend police departments across the United States and their use of deadly force. The 38-year-old sheriff has been a staunch opponent of the “Black Lives Matter” movement, calling some of the movement’s members “subhuman creeps.”
