An 11-month-old girl in New York City was struck in the face Wednesday night while in a parked car after a stray bullet hit her, police said.

The New York Police Department said the baby was hit while with her mother around 6:45 p.m. as one man chasing another man fired two shots in the Bronx, with one hitting the child.
