Lawmakers passed the $1.2 trillion spending bill in a 286-134 vote, overcoming the two-thirds threshold needed to advance from the lower chamber. The legislation managed to clear the House despite strong opposition from Republican lawmakers, with less than half of the GOP conference supporting the measure.
