Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) will hold a press conference on Capitol Hill Thursday morning, marking the 23rd day of the government shutdown.

Johnson will be joined by Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, House GOP leaders, and House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO).
