Hunter Biden‘s lawyers filed a motion for a new trial in the first son’s gun case in Delaware on Monday but quickly had the filing deleted.
Biden was found guilty of three counts related to a 2018 gun purchase in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware last week. The motion for a new trial initially filed had claimed the court had a lack of jurisdiction over the three counts he was convicted of, but shortly after the motion was filed, it was deleted, and a note in the docket acknowledged the action.
