Los Angeles law enforcement officials initially arrested Nick Reiner on two charges of first-degree murder two days after his parents were found deceased. In mid-August, a Los Angeles County grand jury indicted Nick Reiner on two first-degree murder charges, alleging that he was lying in wait before the killing.
