Paramount Skydance has settled two antitrust lawsuits, one filed by 12 states and the other by the Writers Guild of America, over its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery.
California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a Democrat, announced the landmark settlement on Monday after he met with Paramount representatives over the weekend to resolve the litigation.
