“Only thing more remarkable than DOJ not leaking the list is that no one in the media cares. Doesn’t that seem odd?” Musk tweeted over the weekend alongside a meme titled, “Things I’ll never see in my life,” which featured a dragon, a dinosaur, a unicorn, and a text referencing the client list of Epstein, who is no longer alive, and his convicted ex-girlfriend and business partner Ghislaine Maxwell.

In December, Maxwell was found guilty of sex trafficking in connection to her business dealings with Epstein, who was found hanging in his New York jail cell one month after being arrested on his own sex trafficking charges in 2019.
Maxwell is scheduled to be sentenced on June 28 and could face up to 55 years in prison after a judge reduced the maximum possible prison time by 10 years.
The British socialite’s trial was expected to provide a who’s who of people in Maxwell and Epstein’s orbit who either participated in or knew of their criminal behavior, but Maxwell’s legal team has not given any indication that she’s willing to spill any secrets.
A Twitter user responded to Musk’s tweet, seeming to call him out with a photo of the Tesla and SpaceX CEO and Maxwell at a 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

“Ah yes, Maxwell photobombing me at a @VanityFair Oscars party — you should [ask] them why they invited her,” Musk replied. “The same people who push this photo say nothing about prominent people who actually went to his island a dozen times. Also very strange.”
The DOJ has faced scrutiny over leaks and investigations concerning classified information connected to reporters and opponents of former President Donald Trump.
