Per a video posted by a FOX 11 reporter, a woman can be seen crossing into the middle of the road as the motorcade drives through the intersection, heckling with a megaphone, before a member of the Secret Service tackles her to the ground.

The woman then attempts to fight off the Secret Service member while on the ground before being handcuffed.
It’s not immediately clear what the woman was yelling at the motorcade or if she will face any charges.
Biden arrived in Los Angeles on Wednesday for the summit, which will welcome nearly two dozen leaders from across Latin America to discuss issues such as the economy and migration. He also taped a conversation with late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel.
The Washington Examiner reached out to the Secret Service for comment.
