The Senate is voting on whether to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be the secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
The vote by the full chamber on Kennedy’s fate is expected to occur at 10:30 a.m. from Capitol Hill.

Kennedy passed through the cloture vote earlier this week, 53-47, on a party-line vote and is expected to pass through the final vote despite earlier concerns about his nomination.
He is one of several controversial Trump nominees who appeared to face initial concerns from some Senate Republicans but have made their way through the confirmation process without failure.
