Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) suggested President Joe Biden could be prosecuted for his handling of the border crisis.
In an interview on Fox News Sunday, Graham was asked about Democrats’ attacks on the Supreme Court and the possibility of the Senate stepping in to enforce an ethics code on the high court. The South Carolina Republican said Democrats are only attacking the Supreme Court to cover for Biden’s record and suggested that he could be prosecuted over his handling of the border.
