Vought has dreamed of shutdown ‘since puberty,’ Mike Lee says

Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) said Office of Management and Budget head Russell Vought has been dreaming of a government shutdown “since puberty.”

Lee first made the comments in an interview on Fox News.
