Pryor says he’s working for ‘smaller’ government
That would be incumbent Senator Mark Pryor. A Democrat from the state of Arkansas. Senator Pryor would, evidently, like for voters to believe that there is such a thing as a member in good standing of both the political class and the Democratic Party who believes in the desirability of smaller government.
If they will believe that in Arkansas, then they will believe anything.
