A transgender woman in Washington, D.C., knocked a man down with a strong, right-hand punch after he allegedly made transphobic remarks.
The incident took place in the U Street area of the city when the transgender woman began to taunt a man who supposedly made insulting comments.
“What b****?” the transgender woman repeats as the two stand face-to-face, according to footage of the incident posted to social media.

The pair move outside of the camera’s view, and what appears to be a slap can be heard, along with a crowd of onlookers gasping.
The transgender woman quickly returns to the frame, walking backward on the sidewalk, with the much larger man approaching at a quick pace with his hands down by his side.
The transgender woman takes a traditional boxing stance and launches a right hand with vicious intent at the man’s jaw.
He drops face-first onto the sidewalk as the onlookers once again gasp.
Staggering, he makes an attempt to return to his feet but is met with a second right hand from the transgender woman.
“Dropped his a**,” one witness said.
“What’s up?” the transgender woman repeats in the man’s face after he rises to his feet again. “What’s up, bruh?”
Another punch is thrown before the pair separates, with the transgender woman clapping in the man’s face.
