Donald Trump has surged to a new high in the latest Reuters/Ipsos tracking poll, hitting 30 percent support from Republican voters and holding a shocking 20 point lead over Mike Huckabee, the No. 2 in the poll.
It is the latest sign that Trump has taken over the Republican nomination process.
