Swamp GOP ‘secretly’ worked with Democrats to doom Trump: Voters

A majority of voters believe that Republican leaders in Washington worked “secretly” with Democrats in 2020 to take out former President Donald Trump and make Joe Biden president.

In the latest Rasmussen Reports survey, 55% of likely voters blamed Washington-based Republicans for scheming in the election that Trump claims was rife with fraud.

Only 33% disagreed in the latest survey that shows the nation is still divided about the outcome of the 2020 election as it readies for another Trump-Biden matchup in 2024.

Republican voters believe that there was a scheme most, at 67%. But so do a majority — 51% — of Democrats, though presumably, they were satisfied with the outcome.

Two years after the election, Trump continues to claim that the election was stolen from him. In a recent interview, he boldly called himself an “election denier.”

In the same survey shared with Secrets this morning, 77% of Republicans have a favorable view of Trump.

The former president has declared his candidacy for the presidency again and is readying rallies and a book tour to tout his second post-presidency work, “Letters to Trump,” a collection of notes from world leaders, sports figures, and celebrities.
