Sierra Club ‘melts’ Trump’s head in new climate change video

In a new video for Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton, the influential Sierra Club “melts” Donald Trump’s head right down to a floating toupee in a demonstration of his questioning of global warming.

The group said the video, set to blast out over social media in six key swing states, is aimed at helping Clinton, knocking Trump’s comments, and reaching younger voters who might be swayed by Trump’s tweets on the topic.

Here’s how they describe it: “An ice sculpture of Trump’s head slowly melts over audio of him denying the science of climate change.”

Clinton is shown at the end of the video embracing the issue.

“Even kids can tell that Donald Trump is wrong on climate change” said Khalid Pitts, Sierra Club national political director. “This year, the planet is truly on the ballot. While Donald Trump has demonstrated his total ignorance and irresponsibility on one of the most significant crises facing our planet, Hillary Clinton has made a strong program of climate action integral to her campaign. In 2016, it’s essential that anyone who cares about our climate, clean energy or clean air come out and vote to support Hillary Clinton for president of the United States,” said Pitts in a statement.
