Anticipation has pushed the Thursday release of Robert Mueller’s redacted report on the 2016 election clearing President Trump of colluding with Russia to several Amazon No. 1 rankings.
One of the several versions being independently published has hit the top in Amazon’s categories of “Corruption & Misconduct in Politics,” “Espionage True Accounts,” and “Intelligence & Espionage.”
The Skyhorse paperback and Kindle version are the simplest of those heading to press the minute the report is released. The Mueller Report: The Final Report of the Special Counsel into Donald Trump, Russia, and Collusion, includes an introduction by lawyer Alan Dershowitz. It is also among the least expensive, $7.99 for Kindle and $9.20 for paperback.

The Washington Post is also publishing a version with analysis from reporters. It ranks second in all three categories.
Of course, it will be released by the Justice Department, and news outlets are promising to make it available immediately on their websites.
