RNC: Biden’s new IRS team would fill most stadiums

Football season is making it easier to put the size of the Democrats’ additional 87,000 IRS agents in perspective.

A stadium big enough to seat those 87,000 would be the 13th largest NFL and college-level stadium in the nation. It would also be larger than about 120 other football stadiums, including Lambeau Field, AT&T Stadium, and the Superdome.

DEMOCRATS COVER FOR IRS DESTRUCTION OF 30 MILLION TAXPAYER FILINGS

We got to comparing the size of fields after the Republican National Committee seized on the number on Tuesday, showing a full stadium of “agents” in a series of new ads attacking Democrats.

“Biden’s game plan this fall: an entire stadium full of IRS agents,” said one of the new ads targeting Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV). “Fresh government bureaucrats ready to take more of your money to pay for Biden’s woke agenda and bail out the wealthy. This fall, don’t get sacked by Biden and the Democrats. Send Democrats and the IRS agents packing this November.”

The added IRS force, plus $80 billion to fund them, was included in recently approved spending by congressional Democrats.

RNC spokeswoman Emma Vaughn said in a statement, “Democrats would rather fund an army of IRS agents and raise taxes rather than keep Americans safe. Instead of supporting law enforcement, border patrol, or schools, Democrats chose to waste taxpayer dollars on more audits on families. In November, Americans will vote accordingly because they know Democrats only care about power, not people.”
