PHILADELPHIA — The Republican National Committee moved its operation from Cleveland to Philadelphia where it is planning to put the spotlight on the years of scandals that plagued the Bill and Hillary Clinton years in the White House and those that have continued to today, including the email server scandal and the DNC’s email leaks.
“We are here to give a voice to Americans who’ve had enough of the Clinton’s cronyism and corruption. Our mission is to expose the long and scandalous history of Hillary and Bill Clinton,” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.
Accompanied by Donald Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort and top RNC aide Sean Spicer, Priebus opened a boxing center redone to feature the “RNC at the DNC” near the Delaware River waterfront.
It is the site that will host a daily RNC briefing, and it is decked out with lots of games that Spicer said are “rigged to make sure Hillary wins every time.”
At a pre-DNC convention party, the RNC even provided anti-Hillary swag. Included:
— A carry bag with these words printed on the front: “Enough. Hillary Clinton’s baggage. EnoughClinton.gop.” On the back is a list of 19 Clinton scandals, starting with the 1970’s era cattle futures scam and ending with the FBI probe of Hillary Clinton’s email server.
— A t-shirt with the same scandal list.
— Sunglasses with the word “shady” printed on them.
— A foam boxing glove with the words, “Fighting for Herself.”
— Dice loaded so that the Clinton campaign logo always wins.
— A rally towel that reads, “Secret Server Wiper.”
— A black Sharpie to redact emails. It reads, “HRC Redaction Pen, Covering Up Since ’92.”
