Author and newsman Bill O’Reilly has racked up his 20th New York Times No. 1 bestseller with the second book in his new “Confronting” series.
Confronting Evil: Assessing the Worst of the Worst will debut in the top spot of the Times non-fiction list Sunday, said publisher St. Martin’s Press.

The book focuses on a list of evil leaders, movements, and killers, including Genghis Khan, Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and even Mexican drug cartels.
Written with Josh Hammer, the book has been on the Amazon top 10 list for two weeks.
His string of New York Times No. 1 hits is remarkable. The reviews have been great, and due in part to his celebrity status, O’Reilly has been able to promote the new book on network and cable TV shows and has been interviewed by leading radio hosts, including Mark Levin, a No. 1 author himself.
The “Confronting” series started last year with Confronting the Presidents: No Spin Assessments from Washington to Biden. It was a No. 1 best seller and featured inside stories about the presidents.
The series follows the hit “Killing” series of books from O’Reilly.

St. Martin’s Press said, “O’Reilly’s previous bestsellers, part of the ‘Killing’ series of narrative nonfiction, set the gold standard. This new series adds to his position as the top nonfiction author in publishing today.”
He has over 18 million historical narratives in circulation today, giving him something to brag about on his hit podcast No Spin News.
O’Reilly told Secrets that he is “very happy ‘Confronting Evil’ is No. 1. Josh Hammer and I worked very hard on it. Evil is obviously on display in America, so really understanding it is imperative. 20 No. 1s is crazy.”
